This is repress by Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Carrollton, GA, with custom labels. Unlike other early versions with custom labels, track B5 (Inoculated City) has been revised and does not include content from the "2000 Flushes" TV commercial. Some differences concurrent with this revision include:
--Side A has a stamp in the deadwax for Columbia Mastering, Side B has a stamp for Masterdisk (accompanied by the HW etch for Howie Weinberg).
--Side B also has Customatrix "o" and "T" in the runout string that indicates metal parts from Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute were used, with Carrollton "XG" and "G" also in the string (pressed at = "X", Carrollton = "G").

Includes custom printed inner sleeve containing track listing, lyrics and credits.

The original shrink wrap may have included a hype sticker featuring one of four the four Clash members (Joe Strummer in the associated images here).
