Issued in a two piece box. An inner slipcase box with a V-cut notch at the open end slides into the outer box, which is of a similar construction, just marginally bigger. Both sections are navy and have a high gloss finish. There is no text printed on the inner box. Both the inner and outer box are matte black inside. Within the shrink-wrap, there is an L-shaped insert. This displays contents pictures and blurb to the back. The insert folds to the base where it shows a barcode, copyright information etc. The box itself is printed beneath the insert. Each replica sleeve is unlaminated and contains a polylined die cut white paper inner. Lady Madonna is in a gatefold sleeve. There is a 7" square resin bound softback book.

All singles have solid center holes. Runouts are etched.
