Certainly a rare bootleg.
A or B side not specified, both labels' sides are named 'Martin Circus - Disco Circus Medley', a 15 minutes track but one side (specified B here) is 'Cat Stevens - Was Dog A Doughnut'. The long track on the A side is indeed 'Martin Circus - Disco Circus' and that side plays at 33-rpm while the other at 45-rpm.
Appears to have been released at the end of the 1970s or early 1980s.
