This early repress on the first rainbow label has B-side runouts identical to the first press Expression, but its A-side runouts have a stamped, rather than etched, matrix. Van Gelder's handwritten matrix no. and stamp are on side B only.
Black & red ring labels; Impulse and ABC logos are together in one continuous rainbow box.
Inner sleeve has ABC-Paramount address at bottom and advertises releases up through 1966 only.
Comes in a thick, laminated gatefold sleeve, unlaminated on the inside.
First cat# on label, second on cover.
