CURSEBREAKER X is a new adventure from the mind behind "Synthetic Core 88" and "I Dreamed Of A Place In The Sky."
Long ago, a malevolent demon king terrorized the land. A magical sword, CURSEBREAKER, was forged in secret to end its evil reign.
A hero whose heart was pure as light was chosen to wield the might blade.
The hero of light was successful in banishing the seemingly invincible demon within the magical confines of the sword. This proved to be a pyrrhic victory, as the hero's soul was also absorbed into CURSEBREAKER with the demon.
After the battle, it was decided that the best way to ensure the safety of the future generations was to destroy the CURSEBREAKER in the underground abyss where it was forged.
A curious thing happened- CURSEBREAKER was split into two blades- one wretched and one pure. Each blade was encased in crystal and separated. Humanity moved on, and the legend of the CURSEBREAKER was forgotten.
Eons later, a young sword collector stumbles upon a curious blood red sword inside an abandoned weapons shop..
