This version is a black cassette shell with white print and "SR" printed on both sides. There is a small circle along the top left corner of the shell on both sides, and two large circles with smaller circles inside them in the bottom left and right corners of both sides of the shell. The timing window has eleven short vertical recessed hatchmarks along the bottom edge.

Issued in a cardboard slipcase sleeve.
