Fans living outside the US can also apply through the advance reservation page.

Please note that in order for your purchase to count toward the US Billboard chart, you will need to buy at the venue on the day of the event rather than through advance reservation. Purchases made from overseas through advance reservation may not be counted toward the chart.

A limited allocation will also be available for purchase at the venue on the day, but quantities are limited and may sell out.
