The most exciting thing is that if we just went down the list of everyone who’s shared their talent at Snack Time as a DJ, we could release music just from that pool and be set. More than set. That’s a testament to Midwest talent; the local DJ playing hundreds of shows fueling their city for $200 a night, the opening DJ playing their favorite music to ghosts, the old head who mixes circles around everyone but never ‘made it’, the DJ that played Snack Time in 2019 at @tvlounge at 5pm on a Thursday fore Free99, the unsung promoter bringing the community together with underground parties through tireless effort, the producer spending endless nights making beats but not thinking it’s good enough,
