Part of the Summer Harvest '21 Batch.
The first album featured on this Summer’s batch is “Tales from the Wood”, a split recording between Olde Fox Den & Cherry Cordial. At Fableglade, we keep our net of fantasy material cast wide, however sometimes things come along that seem to just fit perfectly. “Tales from the Wood” feels right at home at Fableglade, being six tales of absolutely wonderful animal fantasy music. These two artists really delve into fantasy animal realms in their own amazing ways, with the dreamlike atmosphere of Olde Fox Den and the nostalgic string pads of the Redwall-inspired Cherry Cordial. Together they craft this short recording that conjures lands in which foxes and mice meet as friends, rather than foes, with re-envisioned art by Inga Markstrom. Join the adventure, and perhaps have a good meal along the way with Olde Fox Den and Cherry Cordial!
