This is for the Capitol Records Jacksonville pressing as derived from the deadwax stamping on sides A to E and the etch on side F.

Each record was issued with two inner sleeves - the first is a cardboard sleeve with duplicate obverse and a reverse specific to each record, the second is a paper sleeve inside the cardboard one with liner notes and additional credits. The Record 2 paper sleeve is single-sided with a blank black reverse. There is also a single sheet insert with full orchestra credits.
