Includes an extensive booklet with previously-unpublished photos from Chuck Stewart and Don Bronstein; essays by jazz writer Eugene Holley Jr. and producer Zev Feldman, plus interviews with Ahmad Jamal, Jon Batiste, Kenny Barron, Aaron Diehl and Marshall Chess.
Runouts are etched. On side C in 'DD-0002-C' the '2' has been corrected from '3'. The "geometric" marks '1 I' on side A and '1 =' on sides B, C and D are mirrored.
